Delete your account

• Your Amyzoh account and sign-in identity.
• Your profile (name, email, avatar URL).
• All notes, personal note text and folders stored in your account.
• Notes, history, preferences and cached audio stored on the device you delete from.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Safety and content reports are kept as anonymised records (your user ID and email are removed) so we can act on abuse reports and meet platform safety obligations.
• Deletion request records are kept in anonymised form as proof the request was completed.
• Generated learning content caches (transcripts, notes, images for a video or topic) are not linked to your identity and remain available to other learners.

None of the retained records can be traced back to you after deletion.

This removes notes, history, preferences and cached audio stored locally, without deleting your account.

If you cannot sign in, submit your account email below and we will delete the account and its data. Requests are usually processed within 30 days.
