    Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data

Amyzoh is operated by Touheed Sab, trading as Amyzoh, based in India. Touheed Sab is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice and can be contacted at syedtouheed900@gmail.com.

    Overview

Amyzoh turns videos and study topics into AI-generated notes. This policy explains what information Amyzoh handles, why, and how you can delete it.

    Information you provide

    • Account information when you sign in: your email address, and the name and profile picture shared by your sign-in provider (Google) if you use it.
    • A profile name you can edit inside the app.
    • Content you create: notes, personal note text, folders, favourites and learning history.
    • Messages you send us through the contact or content-report forms, including any email address you add.

Information created while you use Amyzoh

    • Search topics and video links you enter, used to find videos and generate notes.
    • Video metadata (title, channel, thumbnail, transcript text) for the videos you open.
    • Generated notes, summaries and related images stored so the same content does not need to be generated again.
    • App preferences such as theme, language and sound settings, stored on your device.

    How your information is used

    • To sign you in and keep your session active.
    • To generate, display and store your notes.
    • To sync your notes, folders and history across your devices when you are signed in.
    • To respond to support messages and content reports.
    • To keep the service working reliably, including basic rate limiting to prevent abuse.

Amyzoh does not sell your personal information and does not use it for advertising.

    Legal basis for processing

    • Performance of a contract — creating your account, generating and syncing your notes, and providing and billing Premium subscriptions.
    • Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure and reliable, preventing abuse and fraud, and improving the product.
    • Legal obligation — tax, accounting and record-keeping duties relating to purchases.
    • Consent — optional communications, where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

    Payments and Premium subscriptions

Premium purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a subscription, Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details (such as name, email, billing address, country and payment method) as an independent controller for payment, tax and invoicing purposes, under its own privacy policy. Amyzoh never receives or stores your full card or UPI details. We receive from Paddle only the subscription status, plan and customer identifiers needed to activate and manage your Premium access.

    Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, Amyzoh receives your email address, basic profile name and profile picture URL from Google. Amyzoh never receives your Google password. This information is used only to create and identify your Amyzoh account.

    AI processing

Topics you enter and transcript text from the videos you open are sent to AI providers to produce notes, summaries and supporting visuals. Only the text needed to produce the result is sent. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be verified against the original source.

    Third-party services

Amyzoh relies on the following categories of third-party services:

    • Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
    • YouTube — video search, playback and video metadata.
    • Transcript and web-content services used to obtain video transcripts.
    • AI providers used for note generation, summarisation, images and speech.
    • Stock image and image-search providers used for illustrations inside notes.
    • Paddle.com — Merchant of Record for the sale of Premium subscriptions, payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
    • Professional advisers (such as accounting or legal) and authorities, where required by law.

Each provider processes only what is required for its function and is governed by its own privacy policy.

    Storage and security

Notes, folders and history are stored on your device and, when you are signed in, mirrored to Amyzoh's Supabase database. Database access rules restrict your account data so that only your signed-in account can read or change it. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

    Retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app, or by using the account deletion page. Deleting your account removes your profile, notes and folders from the Amyzoh database and removes locally stored data on that device. Anonymous generated-content caches that are not linked to your identity may remain.

    Your rights

You can access and edit your profile and notes in the app, export notes as PDF or image, and delete your account and data. You can also contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.

    Children

Amyzoh is a general study tool. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Amyzoh evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page.
