Amyzoh is operated by Touheed Sab, trading as Amyzoh, based in India ("Amyzoh", "we", "us"). When you use the app or buy a Premium subscription, you are contracting with Touheed Sab. You can reach us at syedtouheed900@gmail.com.

By using Amyzoh you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Amyzoh helps you find educational videos and generates AI study notes, summaries and visuals from them, and lets you organise those notes into folders.

• Use Amyzoh for personal study and learning.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Respect the rights of video creators and other content owners.

• Automated scraping, bulk generation or resale of generated content.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls or access other users' data.
• Using Amyzoh to create or distribute unlawful, harassing or infringing material.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the service.

Videos are provided by YouTube and belong to their respective creators. Playback happens through official embeds and is subject to YouTube's own terms. Amyzoh does not own or claim rights to third-party video content.

Notes, summaries and visuals are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. They are provided for study support only and are not professional, academic, medical, legal or financial advice. Always verify important information against the original source. You can report problematic generated content from the notes screen.

You keep ownership of the notes and text you create. You grant Amyzoh permission to store and sync that content so the app can provide the service to you.

Amyzoh Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown on the Premium page, in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and the payment method you provided is charged at the start of each new period.

You can cancel at any time; Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy at /refund.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The Amyzoh name, app design and software are owned by Touheed Sab. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or end access to accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Amyzoh is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and generation depends on third-party services that can be unavailable or rate limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amyzoh is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
